In 2010 Rohini joined the startup team of WGSN founder Marc Worth’s new venture a trend forecasting service for the design industries. As Editor of the Interiors and Industrial Design team for three years, she travelled the world with her team reporting on key global trade fairs, Milan Furniture Fair, Ambiente, Tendence, New York Gift Fair, Maison et Objet and DMY Berlin.

Leading a fast-paced editorial team she wrote insights on everything from Maximalist interior trends to beautiful and biodegradable homeware, stylish design for the elderly and the benefits of retailers mining the Southern States of the US for creative talent. Wonderful research trips appealed to her sense of adventure, like a 48 hour trip to Amsterdam that resulted in a magical watery visit to the Zuiderzee Museum and a bone chilling but soul-warming excursion to Munich’s twinkling Christmas Market dating back to the 14th Century.

After leaving Stylus in 2013 Rohini continued to consult for major forecasting companies, Seymour Powell and WGSN and delivered comprehensive seasonal Interiors Forecasts for Stylesight.
