Sie litt unter einer Lumbalkanalstenose mit einer Claudicatio spinalis.

Als komorbide psychiatrische Störungen traten nach der Untersuchung von Phillips et al. (2005 a) im Laufe des Lebens am häufigsten affektive Erkrankungen (88%) auf, gefolgt von Angsterkrankungen (73%).
