Now in its eighth year of operation, Efficiency Vermont has helped Vermonters to save more than $200 million on their electric bills. To date, half of all Vermont homes and businesses have participated in and directly benefited from Efficiency Vermont’s technical assistance and financial incentives.
These policies and discussions include ideas on not only funding EE programs but also providing incentives for high levels of performance in delivering programs. Stable and multiyear funding is necessary to establish and maintain effective energy efficiency programs.
